Our requirements were followed at all times. We were also advised throughout of the type of flowers to select so that our desired arrangements could be produced. We were always kept informed on the progress of matters and you were very efficient with dealing with our further requirements at short notice!

The quality of the flowers you used were great. In fact more flowers were used than we expected and therefore the arrangements were excellent value for money.

Quality: Way above our expectations. The aroma of the flowers as you entered the church was amazing, and all the flowers looked really fresh and lasted the whole day perfectly. In fact my Mum said the pedestal arrangement lasted about 2 weeks afterwards!!
Creativity: We went into the process with what we thought were fairly sure ideas about design, but were pleasantly surprised that Josephine's offered their expert opinions on what would work and what wouldn't. They were very knowledgeable on the flowers and seasons, and how best to maximise the impact. I guess this comes with years of experience!
Consultation: This was arranged at a convenient time on a weekend, and importantly in the florist where we got the chance to look at some of Josephine's past work and get up close and personal with the flowers in the shop. Michael was also very efficient in summarising our discussions and committing to email the quotes discussed. · Were the designs close to what was expected - Yes, and actually visually better! Sharon loved her bouquet, and the button holes were very well put together - solid enough to easily last the whole day with no fraying or pieces coming out. All the table centres were immaculate, and the pew ends were simple yet classy and effective. ·
Delivery & Set Up: Delivery times on the day were as agreed, and although neither of us were around either at the Church or Venue during the set up process the arrangements looked absolutely perfect · Value for money 10 out of 10. Compared to other specialist wedding florist designers the price was amazing!
